Alumni Weekend 2008

Save the Dates—for Your Siena Homecoming!

October 3-5, 2008

Planning is underway for a wonderful fall celebration at Siena Heights! Alumni Weekend ’08, will offer something for everyone…and we think everyone will want to be here. So don’t delay: Circle the dates on your calendar and start planning for Your Siena Homecoming the first weekend in October.

  • Make it your BUSINESS to be here!

Whether you studied marketing, retailing, hotel & restaurant management or business administration, don’t miss the Business and Management Division reunion.  Reconnect with faculty—and find out if you’re smarter than a (current) business major.

  • Relive the EARLY ‘80s! (Can it be 25 YEARS?)

The Class of ’83 invites all their friends from the classes before and after to join them in a 25th “era” reunion. Relive it all—John Cougar, the Paradise Girls, late nights in PAC and Studio Angelico, great faculty, super sports, the cartwheeling cheerleader. Be here.

  • Celebrate your SOLID GOLD credentials!

Calling all alumnae who graduated 50 or more years ago: Come on back for a Solid Gold get-together.  Of special note:  55th reunion of the Class of ’53 and 60th Reunion of the Class of ’48.

  • Make this weekend the real deal with SHAAKA!

The early 90s founders of the Siena Heights African American Knowledge Assocation invite all African-American alumni to a Leadership Reunion during Alumni Weekend.  Wear your kente stole—and learn how the tradition began. And if you pre-date the kente ceremony, come and share your Siena experience with students and alumni.

  • Rediscover WHO YOU WERE in the 60s and 70s!

The classes of ’63 and ’68 are in reunion mood.  And the alumni from the late ‘70s are planning a 30th “era” reunion, organized by ’78 grads who want to see all the friends who shared their campus.

  • Pick and choose from a FESTIVAL of activities!

Theater, art, sports, games, seminars, social events, friends, food, classes, culture, karaoke and quiet reflection and crazy good times.
