Siena Heights (3-6) led 27-23 at halftime and never trailed in the second half. The score was tied at 52 with approximately three minutes remaining, but Siena managed to grab back the lead, and fended off a late charge at the end to collect the win.

Freshman point guard Curtis Stephens led the Saints with 16 points and four steals. Redshirt freshman center and Adrian native Jake DeRoeck put up a double-double with 11 rebounds and 10 points to go with six steals.  Senior guard Justin Norlock hit five 3-pointers for 15 points.

Adrian College fell to 0-4 on the season.

Siena Heights completed the sweep, also winning the junior varsity game 69-54.

The Saints are back in action Dec. 16 when they travel to Hillsdale College.  Over the Christmas break the Saints will play four road games and open conference play at home Jan. 3 by hosting Concordia University.
