There are two different dates to participate in New Student Registration Day at Siena Heights University.
New students and their families are invited on campus Aug. 10 to register for classes, meet with SHU faculty and staff and learn more about the Siena Heights community.
Pre-Registration Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. for students and families wishing to meet with the Financial Aid Office and/or the Business Office to discuss billing arrangements. The formal program Check-in begins at 9:30. SHU President Sister Peg Albert, OP, PhD, will kick-off the formal program by welcoming students and their families at 10 a.m. New students will hear a message from the Dean of Students, participate with a panel of current SHU students as they talk about campus and academic life and learn about various programs. Parents are also invited to a luncheon that will include brief presentation from representatives of the Financial Aid, Business and Student Housing departments.
The orientation wraps up around 2 p.m., at which time new students can take a campus tour or meet with coaches and/or faculty members.
