Jennifer Kling works primarily in social, political, and moral philosophy, with an emphasis on the intersection of ethical and political theories. Currently, her research focuses on issues that arise in just war theory. Before coming to Siena Heights University, Jennifer earned a PhD in Philosophy from UNC-Chapel Hill, and an MA in Philosophy from CU-Boulder. For more information about her professional work, visit

In her spare time, Jen practices the sport of olympic fencing, does aerial fabrics, and goes swimming with her awesome family. Thus, she is eminently prepared to successfully survive a zombie apocalypse.
