Remote Patron (Library Databases) Access

What should I do if I cannot access the Library Databases?

If you are having difficulty accessing the Library Databases from off-campus, please check to see if you have the correct username and password.  Information about your username and password can be found by going to Online Registration and Student Information.  Once in this window, click the Student link.  A login dialog box will display.  In this box, input your username and password.  (Your username and password for Online Registration is different than it is for the Library Databases.  Therefore, in order to obtain the Library Databases username and password, you need to go to Online Registration and Student Information.) If you are still not able to access the Library Databases after inputting your username and password, please click here and follow the instructions in the document.  Once you have completed all of these steps and you are still having difficulty, then call the Help Desk at 517-264-7655 for additional assistance.
