Archiving Outlook Folders

In order to store items in your Outlook Folders, you first need to archive them.  In order to do that, follow the directions for Archiving Outlook Folders.   Archiving the folders will remove the items from the E-mail Server and store them on your local machine.  Once the folders have been archived, it would be a good idea to create a backup copy of the files.  To do this, you can follow the directions in the document Back Up Archive Folder.  You can also link to these two documents by clicking the Outlook link and looking under General Outlook Information. For additional assistance with archiving your Outlook folders, call the Technology Trainer at 517-264-7651.

Changing Passwords-Outlook Web Access
