| I am a new employee. How do I get my e-mail and
network accounts set up? |
The first step in getting a new network,
e-mail, and/or Blackboard account set up is to make sure all the paper work has been
completed through the Human Resources Office. After this is completed the
personnel in the Human Resources Office will notify the person in charge of
setting up accounts that all the paper work is completed. The account will
usually be ready for you to use the next working day.

| How much storage space do I have on the Siena Network? |
At the present time, there isn't any
limitation on the amount of space that faculty, staff, and students
have for storing documents on the network. However, it is a
good idea for everyone to be considerate of the limitation of the
server and delete any documents that are no longer needed.

| How much space do I have for my e-mail account? |
As a student, you are limited to 10
megabytes of memory for your Siena e-mail account. When you
reach this limit on the system, you will receive a message saying
that your mail box is full. At that point you will not be able
to send or receive e-mail, making it necessary to delete items from
the Deleted Items or Inbox folder. To obtain directions on how to
accomplish this, click here.
A limit on the Siena e-mail account has not
been set for faculty and staff.
