Siena Heights University proudly announces the appointment of Tina Bowler as its Vice President of People and Culture. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, Mrs. Bowler will oversee Human Resources, leading employee engagement, creating strategic plans and effective policies, and building a people-first environment. 

Mrs. Bowler brings an extensive HR background to Siena Heights. Her 20 years of HR experience includes leadership roles in higher education and healthcare industries.   

Mrs. Bowler earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and has received certifications in DE&I from The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Academy. 

“My passion is people and aligning HR strategic plans and policies to support SHU mission and people” said Mrs. Bowler. “I look forward to bringing my experience in driving organizational change and developing talent to Siena Heights University.”
