UPDATE: March 23-2020

In support of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s “stay home, stay safe” announcement earlier today (March 23) Siena Heights University will be closing University housing on the Adrian campus. 

University housing will close at midnight Monday, March 23, 2020. Exterior doors will remain locked and secured. Students who are still on campus will need to go home – take your belongings if able.

Thsoe who are already off campus in a safe place please remain there – we will notify you when we re-open the residential housing for personal belonging pick-up and checkout. Students who have your personal belongings on campus but you are now at home, click here to complete a Personal Belonging form.

No room checkouts will be permitted after today (March 23, 2020) until a safer date is determined and announced by Residence Life. 

Grab-and-go dining will remain in place for dinner tonight (March 23). For any residents approved to stay, an emergency food plan will be provided starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020. 

Additionally, the University is requesting that no more than two (2) people assist each student with checkout. All persons coming to campus should be free of flu-like symptoms (e.g. coughing, fever, or shortness of breath). When moving out, do not block drives, fire safety equipment or other vehicles when you park, do not leave vehicle unattended unless actively packing.
