In her scholarship, she specializes in American literary naturalism with special emphasis on Jack London’s fiction.
Dr. Rossetti’s commitment to leadership is evident in her extensive involvement in various academic organizations. She currently holds the position of President of the Jack London Society and is a member of its Advisory Board. Furthermore, she serves as the Area Chair for Jack London Studies with the Popular Culture Association, showcasing her expertise and passion for literature and culture.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Dr. Rossetti has played prominent roles in institutional governance and advancement at Saint Xavier University. Her leadership positions, including Vice-President Elect and Vice-President of the Faculty Senate, highlight her collaborative spirit and dedication to fostering a vibrant academic community. Among her notable achievements at Saint Xavier University, Dr. Rossetti has served as Program Director of the Women and Gender Studies Program, Department Chair of Language and Literature, and Chair of the University Rank and Tenure Committee. Her multifaceted contributions have left a lasting mark on the institution and its academic programs.
